Our Story
About Not Just Cake
Not Just Cake was born out of a deep love for baking and a desire to bring joy to every celebration.
Baked with Love by Regina Nason
What started as creating treats for family and friends quickly grew into something much bigger — a full bakery business serving the McAlester, Oklahoma community and beyond.
Regina Nason, the heart and hands behind every creation, believes that every occasion deserves something special. Whether it's a towering wedding cake, playful themed cookies, or a batch of homemade pickles — everything is made from scratch with premium ingredients and meticulous attention to detail.
"It's not just cake — it's a piece of your story. I want every bite to feel like it was made just for you, because it was."
— Regina Nason
From custom cakes and cupcakes to decorated sugar cookies, cake pops, and homemade canned goods like salsa, jams, jellies, and pickles — Not Just Cake offers something for every taste and every occasion. Catering is also available for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
