Local Delivery & Pickup Policy

Not Just Cake is a local, community-first bakery located in McAlester, Oklahoma. Because of the delicate nature of custom cakes and frosted goods, we do not ship baked items via mail or traditional shipping carriers at this time.

1. In-Store Pickup

All orders scheduled for pickup must be retrieved during your designated pickup window at our storefront: 1301 N. Main St, McAlester, OK 74501.

• Responsibility: Once the cake leaves our premises, Not Just Cake is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. We advise placing cakes flat on the floorboard of your vehicle with the AC running.
• Late Pickups: If you are running late, please call us. Items abandoned past normal business hours may be forfeited without a refund.

2. Local Delivery & Catering Setup

We offer customized delivery and setup services for weddings, corporate events, and large catering orders within McAlester and surrounding areas.

• Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated based on mileage and the complexity of the setup. These will be quoted clearly on your initial invoice.
• Venue Coordination: For deliveries, an authorized representative must be present at the venue to sign off on the cake's safe arrival. Once the cake is delivered and set up securely on the designated table, the responsibility transfers to you and the venue staff.
