Please read this Food Allergy Disclaimer and vital health information carefully before placing an order or consuming goods baked by Not Just Cake.

1. Food Allergy Warning

Our bakery is NOT a certified nut-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, or gluten-free environment.

While we maintain strict sanitation practices and take immense care to prevent cross-contamination, all of our baked goods, cakes, canned goods, and catering foods are prepared in a shared kitchen space that handles major allergens on a daily basis. These allergens include, but are not limited to:

• Peanuts and Tree Nuts
• Dairy and Milk Products
• Eggs
• Wheat and Gluten
• Soy

Even if you order a specific baked good that inherently does not contain an allergen, we cannot legally guarantee that it is 100% free from trace amounts.

2. Guest Safety Requirement

As the customer placing the order, it is your sole responsibility to notify your party attendees, wedding guests, or catered event patrons of this allergy risk. Not Just Cake, Regina Nason, and her staff will not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

3. Coloring & Structural Elements

Vibrant Colors: Highly saturated buttercream colors (like deep reds, black, navy) require significant amounts of food coloring, which has the potential to stain teeth, skin, and clothing. Additionally, dense colors may have an altered flavor profile.

Non-Edible Support: Tiered bespoke cakes and heavy 3D designs often include structural internal supports, such as wooden dowels, plastic straws, or floral wires. It is your responsibility to remove these structural elements prior to serving the cake to avoid choking hazards.
