We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit the quantity of any item sold at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Custom Order Requirements
Custom cake and catering orders require detailed planning and preparation. A deposit may be required to secure your date, and final payment is expected prior to the event date or upon pickup/delivery as specified in your invoice. Design variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
3. Payment & Online Transactions
We utilize secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) for online transactions. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Not Just Cake and our payment partners to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order.

All content on this website, including photographs of our creations, logos, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Not Just Cake. You may not reproduce, distribute, or utilize our imagery or branding without explicit written permission from Regina Nason.
